- WHO IS IN THE DARK?

inthedark.world is an alternative streetwear brand established in 2017. we began selling on etsy (etsy.com/shop/inthedarkstore) but decided to expand deeper into the world wide web with a new streetwear collection!

- HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
good things take time. we begin processing orders immediately, and processing and fulfillment can take around 3-8 business days. our products are made to order- we aren't just pulling stock out of a warehouse and packing it up! most of our products ship from the usa, and orders within the us are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. international orders can vary, but are typically delivered within 4-8 weeks. 

- WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
all orders are protected by order protection. if an order becomes lost in transit, we'll re-ship the item(s) to you or issue you store credit. please message us via the "Chat with us" button on our storefront in the lower-right hand corner. 

- WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?
our headquarters are based in the USA, but we partner with manufacturers all over the world, including those in north carolina, los angeles, canada, latvia, australia, spain, mexico, and japan. we try to route your order to the closest facility to where you're located so shipping is more affordable and your order arrives quickest, as well as with the lowest environmental impact. 


- WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHES?
all product listings have an associated size chart in imperial and metric measurements. we try to offer inclusive sizing.

- WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
we're happy to accept returns, but we do not offer exchanges. please message us via the "Chat with us" button on our storefront in the lower-right hand corner to initiate a return.  

orders cannot be cancelled, unless the purchase was fraudulent.

- DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
absolutely! 

- WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. by purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country if your order exceeds $1000. customs depend on the laws of the destination country.

- CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
please "chat with us" as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. we MAY NOT be able to cancel an order if it's already begun fulfillment, as we start getting your order ready ASAP.

note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
