We use a printing production partner because they help us achieve our mission in sustainable fashion. They have facilities all over the world, and allow us to provide more efficient worldwide shipping!

    Do you offer gift wrapping & packaging?

    Do I owe customs on items shipped from outside my country?

    Yes, the buyer is responsible for all customs charges that might occur.

    What's your return policy?

    How is your shop sustainable?

    One in every five garments reaches a landfill without being worn even once. Sustainability matters to our customers, our team, and of course, the planet. Our goal is to provide a less wasteful way of production by making our products to order, and printing with a production partner that also values sustainability. By choosing to purchase from businesses that make products to order, you choose apparel that's created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing. We use PCR (post-consumer recycled) packaging for all of our apparel, and some products sourced are made of recycled materials or organic cotton. We've only got one planet, and we have to take care of it.

    My order hasn't arrived! What do I do?

    After we ship an order, it becomes the responsibility of the postal courier to get your order to you safely. If your order hasn't arrived, first check the tracking information. If it shows delivery, ask those you live with or neighbors if they received it. If not, contact your local post office, and they should provide more information about the delivery and where it might have been delivered to. If tracking isn't marked as delivered, and is overdue, contact the post office with your tracking number so they can let you know when you might receive your order. You can also arrange a post office pickup for convenience.
